Modifications: Omit glycerol and supplement medium after autoclaving with 2.50 g/l Na-lactate and 0.65 g/l Na2SO3 added from sterile anoxic stock solutions prepared under 100% N2 gas atmosphere. The solution of Na2SO3 should be sterilized by filtration.
